Coating
LEARN MORE LEARN MORE
Full coating to imitate coloured glass is a cost effective, uniform, and durable solution. Partial coating can be used to create a distinguished bottle design
TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW
The bottles are coated through electrostatic spraying using modern equipment by Glasscoat (UK). Electrostatic spraying allows processing of any shapes and sizes with all sorts of colours or textures.

High capacity and quick rate of the process support sizeable volumes, starting from 7000 units per hour, within short timelines.

Thickness control ensures dense, homogenous and consistent coating.

High impact (scratches or chemical agents) resistance of the coat is proven in numerous washing machine and filling line trials.
VIBRANT COLOUR AND VARIOUS TEXTURES
Coating can result in stunning and variously textured colours, rich in shades and tints. Coating offers a vast selection of colours and tints, as well as silver, gold, platinum shades, gradient, frosting or pearly effect.

Partial or full temperature sensitive coating is also available to make the bottles change colour when exposed to the temperatures below +5oC.

And there is more — the full coating technology can imitate the most diverse surfaces, including clay, stone, ceramics, glossy or matte surfaces, leather, metal or aging effect.
Coated bottles will have unique and distinctive appearance with original texture, shades, and tints
APPLICATIONS
Beverage manufacturers often resort to full coating to imitate coloured glass. Transparent shades of grey and blue are the most popular choices for vodka, wines prefer cobalt or clay‑like textures, and soft drinks can appear in the most diverse array of colours.
